Neocaridina davidi
These dazzling little golden shrimp make a stunning addition to any aquarium! They are a bright yellow with an especially brilliant gold streak that runs down their back. They are a delight to watch as they will busily clean and scuttle around your tank. They are very peaceful and can coexist with almost any tank mates provided the tank mate isn’t going to eat them.
Care Guide: Neo’s thrive in a wide range of parameters. They can be kept room temperature, heated, or even outside in many climates. They prefer a pH between 6.8 and 7.6. They will happily eat decaying fish food, plant matter, and algae wafers. Be sure not to use any fertilizers or medications that contain copper in them, as these are fatal to shrimp.
