FAQ
-
All of my fish are homebred by me in my home, or sourced from other local hobbyists who provide comparable levels of care. I don’t mass import “puppy mill” fish from overseas.
-
Yes, for fish that are new to me I will keep and monitor them for at least two weeks before I offer them for sale. My homebred fish are perpetually monitored for disease throughout their lives. I will never offer an animal or plant that I am not 100% confident is healthy.
-
Some of them are propagated and grown by me, some are sourced from reputable wholesalers, and others are rescue plants that I have successfully rehabbed. I check all of my plants for disease and infestations before putting them up for sale.
-
My plant pots and aquarium ornaments are a mix of vintage, thrifted, handmade, and modern. Anything made of cement is hand poured by me.
-
Yes, I back all of my products. If anything arrives dead or has issues, I am happy to replace it (within reason) or offer support. I love the things I raise and I want them to continue to thrive even after they leave my care.
I am always happy to troubleshoot if you can’t figure out why your plant is wilting, what parameters your fish need, etc. Send me an email or message me on Instagram and we’ll figure it out! -
Yes! If you are in Southern California and want to pick up a product, message me to arrange a place and time.

I will ship anywhere I can within legal limitations. I generally don’t do phytocertificates because it’s not cost effective for either party. I am willing to work with transshippers, but I myself do not have an import/export license for live animals. Message me if you have any questions.

No! It may not be as polished, but I only use real photos of my products in my content, and I write all of my descriptions myself. Authenticity and honest representations are very important to me.
