Hi! I’m Barbara, a hobbyist based out of Southern California. I grew up with fish and kept Bettas throughout my childhood (I even brought mine with me to college and back!), but fell out of the hobby once I graduated and started working and apartment hopping.

I’ve recently gotten back into fish keeping in the last few years, and have fallen back in love with aquatic flora and fauna. I started Happy Clam Aquatics as a way to share my passion. My hope is that my products make you as happy as a clam!
